Don’t you love NOLA in the Fall?

It’s that time of year, we are all in “Back to School” mode. Whether you are in school yourself, have children returning to school from summer break, or even neither of the two, you can’t help but get in a “back to school” mindset.

Maybe its all the “First day of School” pictures floating around Facebook and Instagram. As September approaches, I hear one of my favorite movies lines ringing in my head, “Don’t you love New York in the fall? It makes me want to buy school supplies. I would send you a bouquet of newly-sharpened pencils…” I bet you can name the movie =) When I was a kid, I loved school supplies shopping. Still today, I love a set of new pens and fresh notebook.

Another thing I love, Fall in New Orleans. There isnt much of it. We don’t have much changing of the leaves but the thought of breaking out scarves at the hint of 50degree weather, and not breaking a sweat just walking from inside to my car is enough to make anyone love Fall in New Orleans right?

The smell of Pumpkin Spice everything is just around the corner, which means, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and before you can blink it its 2018.
